What is Community Rando Challenge?

The Community Rando Challenge (CRC) is a community wide event available to the entire 4-8Crew, regardless of if you are a YouTube watcher, a Twitch follower, or an avid member of the community. There are no requirements and there is no pressure, you can choose to be as involved as you are comfortable with and play at your own pace.

To get involved, all you need to do is purchase a CRC ticket when the tickets are live. You can check to see if tickets are live on this page, and get alerts when tickets are available by joining our discord server or following our twitter. To join our discord server, go to the twitch page, click chat, and type “!discord”.

Once you purchase a ticket, you will get an invite to our CRC spreadsheet, as well as your own page. You will also be sent a random game on the console that you chose, as well as a chance of a bonus gift. Your goal is to beat the game you are sent and leave a review of the game on your page of the CRC spreadsheet. Afterwards, you have the option of sending the game back so that more members of the community can play and rate the game!

You can also watch as I pull your random game and potential bonus prize live on 4-8Live! It is a huge party and tons of fun to experience with the community. You will also have the ability to earn a discount on your next ticket if you already own the game you pull or can secure the game yourself.

CRC is meant to be a way to connect our community members, regardless of time zones and availability, in a meaningful way. The event is meant to be self-sustaining, and any extra money will be used to directly support the show. The idea is to keep the price as close to what you would normally pay for a used game + shipping, but prices will vary as we have a lot of international viewers and the international shipping costs will build up over time.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Games are NTSC, so if you choose a console that has region locking and you are in a PAL region, you’ll need to secure your own way to play the game. You can also let me know and I can keep the game for the next CRC and give you a discount on your next ticket.
• Your game will be pulled live whenever the next CRC event takes place on 4-8Live. If you are there you can let me know if you already own the game or would rather secure the game yourself and receive a discount on your next ticket.
• 1 Ticket Per Person Per Event Please
• You will receive an email with details on when your game will be selected once all tickets have been purchased. Be sure to check your spam filter!
